What We Believe
1. We believe in the full, verbal inspiration and
authority of the Scriptures.
2. We believe in the one true God existing eternally in
three persons - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life,
substitutionary death, bodily resurrection and present
intercession of Jesus Christ.
4. We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy
Spirit, and His work of convicting, regenerating,
indwelling, sealing and filling.
5. We believe in the creation of man in the image of God,
his fall and his need for salvation through Jesus Christ.
6. We believe in salvation through grace, totally apart
from works. The only conditions are faith and repentance.
7. We believe that every truly born again soul should
declare his faith by the act of baptism (immersed in
water) setting forth the Lord's death, burial, and
resurrection.
8. We believe in righteous living and good works in the
life of a believer as an evidence of salvation, but not
as a means for obtaining it.
9. We believe in the personality of Satan and his present
position as god of this world, in opposition to God while
limited in power by Him.
10. We believe in the visible, personal and premillennial
return of Jesus Christ, including his return for the
church before the tribulation.
11. We believe in the eternal conscious existence of both
the saved and the unsaved; the saved in blessedness with
Christ and the unsaved in eternal punishment.
12. We believe that the church is a local body of
baptized believers. These churches are organized into
autonomous but cooperating local churches whose mission
is to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
